The Indianapolis Colts (1-3) and Baltimore Ravens (3-1) will wrap up Week 5 with a prime-time showdown on Monday Night Football. They’ll square off at M&T Bank Stadium at 8:15 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Colts vs. Ravens odds and lines, and make our best NFL picks, predictions and bets.
The Colts grabbed their first win of the season last week by beating the Miami Dolphins 27-17. Prior to that, they had lost three straight, two of which were by at least 9 points. QB Carson Wentz has 5 touchdown passes and just 1 interception in his first four games with the Colts, putting up 920 passing yards. As a team, the Colts are just 22nd in scoring offense and 25th in yards per game.
The Ravens rank fourth in total offense and fourth in rushing yards. They’ve rung up three straight wins after losing to the Las Vegas Raiders in overtime in the season opener. QB Lamar Jackson has only 4 touchdown passes and 3 picks, but he’s averaging a whopping 69.8 rushing yards per game to lead the team. Baltimore’s biggest win of the season was a 36-35 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2.

Colts at Ravens odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Ravens 27, Colts 21
Money line
The Colts might be finding some momentum after beating the Dolphins convincingly last week, but the Ravens are still the much better team. Baltimore’s offense is dangerous when Jackson is playing well and it will be difficult for the Colts to keep up with the Ravens on the scoreboard.
Indianapolis simply isn’t moving the ball consistently enough, which is why I’m taking the RAVENS (-350) to win outright. With a chalky money line, make it a small wager.
Against the spread
The Colts have allowed the eighth-fewest yards per game in the NFL through four games, so the defense has helped keep them in games; however, the offense has lagged far behind, averaging just 20.8 points per game. This is a game I think they will keep close, however, so long as the Ravens don’t go off for 35-plus points.
Each team is 2-2 ATS and after seeing the way the Colts played last week, I like them to cover. Bet the COLTS +7.5 (-120) to keep it within a touchdown.
Over/Under
The total has gone Over in two of the first four games for the Ravens and Colts this season; however, in their last three meetings, the Over is 0-3. Wentz continues to gain more comfort in the Colts offense and the Ravens should be able to run the ball fairly consistently against Indianapolis’ 17th-ranked run defense.
I like the OVER 46.5 (-110).
