SPOILER ALERT, if you care about that sort of thing for Game of Zones.
Former Boston Celtic luminary Paul Pierce had himself quite the M. Night Shyamalan twist in his role as The Truth in the series finale of the popular Game of Thrones NBA parody series Game of Zones.
After an epic battle between the Dream Team and LeBron James Knights of the Round Ball in which James emerged victorious, it soon was revealed that Kyrie Irving’s destruction of the Media Dell had prevented most from even knowing the battle had occurred.
Meanwhile, an epic series of events transpired that would see Irving’s heel turn redeemed to Celtics fans in at least this universe after the usual bickering over what it means to be the G.O.A.T. in the first place.
A number of other Celtics made appearances — including notable claims to G.O.A.T.-ness from Bill Russell and another for Ser Jayson Tatum — along with several more former Boston players reprising their roles in the final installment of Game of Zones.
Be sure to watch the short in its entirety if you’re a Celtics fan; the ending is more than worth the wait.
