EA Madden NFL 25 trailer features Steelers QB Justin Fields as a kick returner

EA is just trolling Steelers fans at this point.

On Thursday, EA Sports released their first official trailer for NFL Madden 25, set to release on August 16. And as if the Pittsburgh Steelers needed any more controversy, the trailer features Steelers new quarterback Justin Fields running a reverse on a kickoff return with running back Cordarrelle Patterson.

We blame Pittsburgh running back Jaylen Warren for all this hoopla. Warren mentioned in passing something about special teams coordinator Danny Smith talking about using Fields on special teams as a return specialist and someone at EA decided to troll Steelers fans with kicking off the trailer with Fields and Patterson.
