WATCH: LSU fan casually strolled on the field during game action on Saturday night, and the reactions were hilarious

He was so nonchalant about it.

Rowdy (and likely inebriated) fans running onto the field during play is nothing unique. It happens literally all the time.

Generally, though, they aren’t this nonchalant about it.

During LSU’s 65-17 blowout win against Southern on Saturday night, a Tigers fan ran onto the field during live action, though “ran” may not be the best choice of words. More like “wandered.”

The fan walked through the end zone and reached the 10-yard line during the play before he was apprehended by police following a brief game of cat and mouse. It was a semi-viral moment from a rout that didn’t feature many newsworthy situations.

Here were some of the best reactions and jokes on social media.

The matchup between Oklahoma and LSU in the College Football Playoff is garnering a ton of attention.

Two extremely prideful fan bases will clash in Atlanta, and the ticket prices reflect that as the 2019 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl is one of the hottest tickets since college football moved to the College Football Playoff format.

A ticket to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl in Atlanta is the most in-demand bowl game of the 2019 season and is the third highest in the Playoff’s six year history, according to an email sent from tickets provider SeatGeek.

The get-in price was at $162 on Friday, but has since dropped to $108 as of Monday morning. According to SeatGeek, the average resale price of a ticket is at $381 a ticket.

The $381 average resale price is only lower to the 2017-18 Rose Bowl ($418) between Oklahoma and Georgia and the 2018-19 Cotton Bowl ($446) between Notre Dame and Clemson.

According to numbers from SeatGeek, the majority of people buying tickets are from Texas (18 percent). Texas is followed by the home of LSU in Louisiana (17 percent), then home of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl in Georgia (17 percent). Eight percent of the tickets being bought on SeatGeek are people from Oklahoma and then five percent are from Florida.

Oklahoma and LSU will kickoff the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl from Atlanta at Mercedes Benz Stadium on Saturday at 3 p.m. CT.

LSU fans expected to heavily outnumber Oklahoma fans at Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl

For the second-straight year, Oklahoma is expected to be playing in a road-like environment as LSU fans are expected to outnumber OU fans.

Another College Football Playoff appearance, another game Oklahoma is expected to play in a lopsided crowd environment.

Georgia fans paid all the money to go to Pasadena, California, for the 2018 Rose Bowl* with a home game potential waiting in Atlanta for the national championship. For the 2018 Orange Bowl, Alabama fans took the short(er) trip to Miami than Oklahoma fans.

It will be the same for the Sooners in 2019, as LSU fans are expected to occupy 63 percent of the tickets for the College Football Playoff at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl in Atlanta, according to the Vivid Seats Fan Forecast.

As it was for Georgia in the 2017 season, LSU and its fans—given a win in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl—will get to make an extremely short trip to New Orleans for the 2019 national championship at the Mercedes Benz Superdome.
