Atlanta’s opener featured this year’s top 2 picks in Hawks F Zaccharie Risacher, who went No. 1 overall, and Wizards C Alex Sarr. Risacher ended his summer league debut with 18 points and 3 triples. The Hawks then lost to the Spurs 79-76 Sunday. The 19-year-old foward ended with 11 points on 1-of-7 shooting.

The Hawks (-162) have lost both as well but have looked more competitive and should be able to win and cover here. Avoid their moneyline play, though, as it is too expensive to take here.
Against the spread

The Hawks have competed well throughout the summer league and lost to the Spurs by 3 despite their No. 1 overall pick shooting horribly from the field. San Antonio is undefeated in the summer league, while the Lakers are coming off a 14-point loss to the 1-1 Celtics.
