Anytime a lineman of any sort scores a touchdown, it is a moment worth of celebration. A rumbling, stumbling touchdown?!? Sign me up. They are entertaining 12 times out of 10.
But this joint that Rutgers’ Raiquon O’neal just gave us? Nah, it definitely belongs in the Louvre. It’s a Hall of Fame-worthy big boy touchdown.
First, the quarterback scrambles out to his right. It looks like your typical rollout play. But then…BUT THEN. O’neal springs loose, y’all. He’s eligible, he’s downfield and he’s ready to catch a pass.
The ball gets tossed a bit awkwardly his way, it floats right into his hands and then he’s off to the races. It looks like it all happens in slow motion.
The best part? O’neal dives for the pylon and stretches in for the touchdown. AMAZING.
