Georgia freshman running back Kendall Milton shared the Bulldogs backfield with a group of talented upperclassman in 2020, but the 6-foot-1 220 pound Fresno, Calif., native made his presence felt when he was given the chance.

Although Milton only ran 35 times, he averaged over 5.5 yards per carry with 193 rushing yards and showed glimpses of why he is the future of the Georgia backfield.
The former four-star prospect was rated as the No. 7 running back in the nation coming out of Buchanan High School in Clovis, Calif., a part of Georgia’s No. 1. ranked recruiting class of 2020.
Georgia’s top rusher Zamir White and junior James Cook decided to return to the Bulldogs in 2021 instead of entering the NFL Draft, so the running back room may be crowded next fall, but expect Milton to get a large number of carries with how well he played this passed season.
