The Kansas City Chiefs (3-3) travel to meet the Tennessee Titans (4-2) at Nissan Stadium Sunday for a Week 7 game. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET and the game is televised on CBS. Below, we look at the Chiefs vs. Titans odds and lines, and make our best NFL picks, predictions and bets.
The Chiefs got back on track in Washington last weekend picking up a 31-13 win. It was easily Kansas City’s best defensive effort of the season, improving to 2-1 ATS across the past three after an 0-3 ATS start.
The Titans are coming off an impressive 34-31 road win against the Bills on Monday Night Football, and Tennessee is now 4-1 ATS across the past five games overall. The Over has cashed in each of the previous three.

Chiefs at Titans odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Titans 34, Chiefs 30
Money line
The TITANS (+180) are worth a look on the money line for a chance to nearly double up your initial bet.
Tennessee has been getting tremendous production from RB Derrick Henry, who rushed for three touchdowns against Buffalo. He has 113 or more rushing yards across the past five outings, and he has 10 rushing TDs this season. The Chiefs (-230) are allowing 133.2 rushing yards per game, ranking 27th in the NFL. Kansas City’s struggles on defense will be the reason they fall against yet another marquee foe.
Against the spread
The TITANS +5.5 (-110) have had both WRs A.J. Brown and Julio Jones miss practice time this week, but with or without them, as long as Henry is healthy, Tennessee has a more than good chance of covering at home.
The Titans are 4-1 ATS across the past five games overall, including 2-0 ATS in two outings at home against Buffalo and Indianapolis. Expect more of the same here.
Over/Under
The OVER 57.5 (-110) is a bit risky, as this is an awfully high number. But like we saw in the MNF game for the Titans, it’s not high enough. We should see each of these teams get into the 30’s.
The Chiefs are still a fabulous pass team, and they’ll go to the air even more with RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire out indefinitely. The Titans struggle against the pass, yielding 276.3 passing yards per outing. That’s how Kansas City will get its points. The Titans will thrash them on the ground.
