Colts elevate J’Marcus Webb, Jake Eldrenkamp to active roster

Colts made roster moves.

The Indianapolis Colts elevated offensive linemen Jake Eldrenkamp and  J’Marcus Webb from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of the Week 16 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team announced Saturday.

Both players were elevated under a COVID-19 replacement tag. The Colts had to place starting right tackle Braden Smith on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday while rookie linebacker Jordan Glasgow will miss his third consecutive game on the list.

The Colts will also be without starting left tackle Anthony Castonzo, who was ruled out on Saturday due to an ankle injury that popped up late in the week.

Indy will be down their starting tackles against the NFL’s best pass rush and will need their depth to step up in a big way.
