Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein injured his right groin late in Thursday’s practice. He did not practice Friday and is officially questionable for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys.
The Jets are working out kickers Friday as a precautionary measure. Zuerlein is “50/50” in the words of head coach Robert Saleh.
“It’s not serious,” Saleh added about the injury. But it is serious enough that Zuerlein could potentially miss Sunday’s game in Dallas, especially considering the injury happened late Thursday and he did not practice Friday.
Duane Brown (shoulder), Mekhi Becton (knee) and Breece Hall (knee) were their usual limited practice Wednesday and Thursday then full on Friday. They are all listed as questionable, but like last week, they will all be good to go.
