JuJu Smith-Schuster may sign with Chiefs, and NFL fans just wanted to talk about Patrick Mahomes’ brother

He walked right into this one.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is reportedly signing with the Kansas City Chiefs, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.

Smith-Schuster hinted at the move Friday on Twitter with a simple message: “#ChiefsKingdom Let’s Go!”

From a football standpoint, it’s an excellent signing for Kansas City, as Smith-Schuster represents what might be the best No. 2 wide receiver the team has been able to pair with Tyreek Hill. The last time we saw Smith-Schuster next to a true No. 1, he was putting up 1,000-yard seasons with Antonio Brown.

The last thing the rest of the league wants to see is Patrick Mahomes with yet another top talent to pass the ball.

However, despite the upside of this pairing on the field, all anyone wanted to talk about was the Smith-Schuster and Mahomes pairing off it… JuJu and Jackson Mahomes, that is.

Jackson, of course, is the younger brother of Patrick, known from TikTok fame — or infamy.

Smith-Schuster has also taken his dancing to extreme lengths in the past, recording himself on the midfield logos of opposing teams.

All anyone could wonder is what magic the two could cook up together?

In all seriousness, I don’t think we’ll be seeing these two get together for any dancing. But the Mahomes to Smith-Schuster connection on the field may be music to the ears of fans in KC.

Patrick Mahomes’ brother got roasted by a Kansas City bar so bad they had to apologize

They really let Jackson Mahomes have it.

Patrick Mahomes’ brother has gotten himself into quite a few different messes this season.

Jackson Mahomes is best known for accidentally doing a TikTok dance on Sean Taylor’s memorial when the Chiefs played the Washington Football Team earlier this season. It was pretty embarrassing.

Now he’s back in the spotlight again. This time it’s because a local Kansas City bar absolutely roasted him for complaining about their service on social media.

Mahomes apparently tried to get a large party seated at SoT Kansas City, which is a small cocktail bar. But, apparently, the bar couldn’t accommodate his party. It’s small and they say they didn’t have enough space.

So Mahomes complained about them on social media, which led to the bar absolutely roasting him for doing so.

It was ROUGH.

“We are sorry we could not seat your very large group. As you probably saw, our bar is very small…We are sorry that you have the reach that you do, or at least that you think you do, and that instead of using it for something positive you decided to use it to try and crush a small business. We survived a global pandemic, we’ll survive your ego.”

Sheeeeeeesh. They absolutely let him have it. The reaction to it got so bad that the bar felt it had to apologize in a follow-up Facebook post.

“Social media can be used in so many different ways, & yesterday our team used it to personally attack and question the character of someone we do not know personally. Out of all the ways this situation could have been handled, we did it the wrong way.”
Man. It was kind of the bar to return to the scene of the roast like that. But there wasn’t any taking it back though.
The people were still here for it.
