Tennessee’s Jack Taylor to join Alex Golesh’s USF staff.

Tennessee offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Alex Golesh was named head coach at South Florida Dec. 4.

Tennessee offensive analyst Jack Taylor will join Golesh’s staff at USF. He will serve as tight ends coach per FootballScoop.

Taylor worked with tight ends at Tennessee from 2021-22.

He came to Tennessee from UCF. From 2019-20, he served as a quality control specialist for UCF’s offense.

Taylor developed practice plans, team goals and improvement strategies working directly with Josh Heupel, while leading the Knights’ scout team.

Vols Wire shared news about Tyler Hudanick joining Golesh’s staff Dec. 7. He will serve as USF’s offensive line coach.

Hudanick served as an offensive line graduate assistant for the Vols from 2021-22.

Hudanick played for Josh Heupel in 2018 at UCF. He was a member UCF’s 2017 and 2018 American Athletic Conference championship teams. Hudanick started 28 games in his career for the Knights on the offensive line.

Heupel is in the process of assembling his first coaching staff at Tennessee.

Jack Taylor will serve as a graduate assistant working with tight ends on Heupel’s staff at Tennessee.

Taylor came to UCF from SMU. He served as an offensive quality control specialist in 2018.

Prior to SMU, Taylor was a student assistant at Missouri during the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Heupel served as Missouri’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach from 2016-17.
