Wisconsin football top 2025 offensive tackle target commits to Missouri

Another top target is off the board, this one to Missouri:

The Badgers were among the four-star tackle’s final six schools along with Nebraska, Missouri, Notre Dame, Ole Miss and Michigan.

Lange is 247Sports’ No. 116 player in the class of 2025, No. 11 offensive tackle and No. 1 recruit from his home state of Missouri.

The top tackle has an official visit to Wisconsin scheduled on May 31. That is in addition to one to Missouri on June 7, to Michigan on June 14 and to Nebraska on June 21. We will see if those visits stay as his recruiting process continues.

Wisconsin’s class of 2025 currently ranks No. 21 in the nation with eight total commitments. The class has only one offensive tackle committed — three-star Michael Roeske.

Lange was the second tackle with Wisconsin in his final schools to commit elsewhere on Wednesday, joining North Dakota native Jack Shaffer.

Luke Fickell and his staff are in need of a few recruiting splashes as they look to replicated an impressive class of 2024 recruiting effort.

Michigan football makes top group for elite OT from familiar Missouri high school

Would be a huge get for #Michigan. #GoBlue

The last time Michigan football tapped into Eureka (Mo.), it worked out pretty good.

The player that hailed from said high school who came to Ann Arbor was none other than under-scouted running back Hassan Haskins, who led the team in rushing in 2021 and scored five touchdowns against Ohio State that year.

Now the Wolverines are hoping to get another from the same program, seven years after Haskins pledged.

Jack Lange is a four-star offensive tackle, ranked No. 116 overall by 247Sports and the No. 13 offensive tackle in the country in 2025. Lange dropped a top six this week and the maize and blue made the cut.

Michigan will have something of a challenge, with Nebraska, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Mizzou, and Ole Miss also making his top six. At the moment, the Fighting Irish are his perceived leader with two 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions indicating he will eventually end up in South Bend. However, with a new regime in Ann Arbor led by a former offensive line coach in Sherrone Moore, the Wolverines could certainly surge in his recruitment.

Notre Dame football offers mammoth 2025 offensive tackle

The Irish are the latest to offer the fast rising tackle

[autotag]Notre Dame football[/autotag] has traditionally done very well with finding quality high school offensive linemen.

They even find them when they’re not playing the position, see [autotag]Joe Alt[/autotag], but their most recent offer is already playing the position at a high level. Missouri’s [autotag]Jack Lange[/autotag] received the good news on Wednesday evening that the Irish have a scholarship for him.

Lange is huge, standing 6-foot, 8-inches and weighing 275-pounds. He’s ranked as the No. 26 tackle and 314th overall prospect in the 2025 class according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. His recruiting has really picked up this month, grabbing offers from Michigan, Washington, Tennessee and now Notre Dame.

The Irish currently have 8 commits in the ‘25 class, but none of them are currently offensive linemen.
