The Terrapins lost 82-67 at Ohio State Sunday and have dropped three in a row. Two of those setbacks were at home, but in its previous home-floor contest Maryland defeated then-No. 17 Illinois 81-65 Jan. 21. However, that game stands as an outlier: the Terps are just 4-7 over their last 11 games in College Park.

Iowa’s ability to take care of the ball and Maryland’s inability to take it away are factors that loom large here. Peg the Hawkeyes as the better shooting team too, but one undervalued after recent hiccups.
There isn’t much margin to play with here, but the only side in this matchup perhaps worth a partial-unit play is an Iowa outright wager.
