This will be a tough battle for Indiana, which lost as a 7.5-point home dog to Memphis 130-112 Jan. 14 in the 1st head-to-head of the season. Indiana is terrible on the road (8-17), while Memphis is an NBA-best 20-3 at home.
Surprisingly, the Grizzlies enter on a 5-game skid, losing every game off a 5-game road trip against Western Conference opponents. Their most recent outing was a 111-110 loss as 1.5-point favorites at Minnesota Friday. Memphis went 1-4 ATS during the swing.
Overall, expect the Grizzlies to be excited — and focused — to return to their home floor for this matchup against a struggling Pacers club.

Memphis (-350) should win this game, but the fact that it is this heavily favored is a little outrageous. Neither team is hot and Memphis has lost 5 in a row. Much of this line is likely due to Indiana missing its best player in Haliburton, but the line is still a bit absurd.
Memphis should win, but the risk of wagering 3.5 to win 1 unit is not worth the reward.
Against the spread
BET GRIZZLIES -8.5 (-110).
As mentioned, the Pacers have been terrible ATS recently, and without Haliburton, they pose little to no threat against anyone, especially vs. the Grizzlies.
The Pacers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games playing off a day of rest, and despite the Grizzlies being so cold right now, this should be an easy bounce back win for Memphis.
Over/Under
LEAN UNDER 241.5 (-112).
The Under is 5-0 in Memphis’ last 5 games. While those were all losses, this game likely will not be, but the Under is still a safer lean here. However, be warned: Memphis hit 8 Overs in a row prior to the 5-game slide.
With Indiana missing their best player and with Memphis missing role players, there will be scoring missed on both sides. Neither team is shy about playing defense, which also makes the Under a much better bet for this one.
