[autotag]Ian Machado Garry[/autotag] still has a zero in the loss column.
Saturday at UFC 285, Garry (11-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) added another win to his record when he defeated [autotag]Song Kenan[/autotag] (19-7 MMA, 3-4 UFC) by TKO at 4:22 of Round 3. The middleweight bout was part of the preliminary card at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Garry’s win did not come without adversity. He was dropped by a clean left hook in Round 1 but survived Kenan’s follow-up swarm. Rounds 2 and 3 were clinical as Garry mounted offense until Kenan could no longer take it.
Following the TKO stoppage, Garry paid tribute to his fellow Irishman Conor McGregor when he broke out the “billi strut” celebration. McGregor tipped his cap to Garry shortly thereafter on Twitter.
