The list of Kentucky basketball recruiting targets for 2025 continues to grow larger seemingly every day. The latest name added to the list is small forward Hudson Greer from Austin, Texas.
Greer is a 6’6″ forward with loads of athleticism and ability. He is currently the 30th overall player, and seventh small forward, according to 247sports and is rated four stars.

There has already been multiple offers from programs like the Alabama Crimson Tide, UCLA Bruins, and Texas Longhorns. He has been on a few visits as well, and will take more before making a decision.
Greer says he has heard great things about the Kentucky fanbase from assistant coach Alvin Brooks III, who has been in contact.
He’s only been there a couple of weeks now, but he mentioned it’s the biggest fanbase in college basketball. He was talking about how when it was announced he was going to go there, his followers doubled. It’s not all about followers, but it’s an indication what that fanbase is like.
Like the rest of the 2025 targets, Greer would be a great addition to the Kentucky roster. The Wildcats fanbase will wait and see if he land some of the top recruits from that class.
