The Florida Gators will meet the Virginia Tech Hokies in the first round of the NCAA Tournament from Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Friday afternoon.
Florida is coming into the first round with a 14-5 record this season, they were able to knock off Vanderbilt but fell to Tennessee in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament, they will take on a tough Hokie team today. As for Virginia Tech, they are also an at-large bid due to their 15-8 record this season and have only played two games in a month’s time, which did not help them in the ACC Tournament.
