The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors (0-2) and Michigan Wolverines (1-0) meet Saturday at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET (Big Ten Network). Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook‘s lines around the Hawaii vs. Michigan odds, and make our expert college football picks and predictions.
The Rainbow Warriors have not only lost each of their first 2 games at home, but they’ve looked really bad in doing so. Vanderbilt crushed Hawaii 63-10 in the Week 0 opener, and Western Kentucky rolled to a 49-17 win in the islands last weekend.
Michigan made rather quick work of Colorado State by a 51-7 count, covering a 31-point number. The Wolverines amassed 234 yards on the ground and went for 206 yards through the air in the easy victory.
Michigan is No. 5 in the AFCA Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.

Hawaii at Michigan picks and predictions
Prediction
Michigan 66, Hawaii 7
Money line
There was no money line at the time of published, but it wouldn’t be worth pursuing anyway.
Against the spread
MICHIGAN -52.5 (-110) laying this kind of number is crazy, and it’s even more ludicrous to suggest taking a team to win by more than 7 touchdowns. However, that’s how bad Hawaii has been this season.
The Rainbow Warriors lost by 53 and by 32 on their home field against unranked teams, so you know the Wolverines are going to be putting it on them. It wouldn’t be surprising to see 70 in this one, quite frankly, before the Wolverines power it down.
Over/Under
OVER 67.5 (-110) is a rather high number only because of Hawaii’s ineptitude. Can the Rainbow Warriors score at all on this trip to the Big House? Colorado State managed just 7 last week, and it’s a heck of a lot more effective than Hawaii.
Michigan will get its points, and likely quite a bit of them early. The Rainbow Warriors have yielded 112 total points through the first 2 games against Vandy and WKU, so the Wolverines will find the end zone frequently. In fact, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Michigan take care of the Over, or come close to do doing so, all on its own.
