Tennessee may have found a gem in Jeremy Pruitt’s home state of Alabama in Tae Meadows, a player who does not yet have a rating in the 247Sports system.
Tennessee is the first major program to offer the 2022 running back from Handley High School in Roanoke, Alabama.

Meadows is the teammate of Tennessee commit Dylan Brooks, a 4-star defensive end that is one of the top prospects in Alabama for the 2021 recruiting cycle.
Only a junior, Meadows has helped Handley make a push for a 4A state championship in Alabama. Most recently, Meadows carried the ball 27 times for 224 yards and four touchdowns in a 34-13 win over American Christian Academy, placing the Tigers in the title game.
After Friday, Meadows has 1,919 rush yards and 29 touchdowns during the 2020 season.
