Five members of the 2022 Colorado Buffaloes football team received an honorable mention on the All-Pac-12 preseason team: Frank Fillip, Terrance Lang, Jalen Sami, Isaiah Lewis and Nikko Reed.
No Buffs were named to the first or second team.
Fillip is looking to rebound from a down year after an impressive 2020 season. Fillip will likely get the nod as the starting RT for the Buffs and is coming off an offseason in which he was able to fully participate.
Lang and Sami will both lead the defensive line in hopes of recapturing the success it had against Texas A&M for almost a full game last season.
Lewis and Reed should help to shore up a defensive backfield that has been hit with a lot of turnover this offseason. Lewis will be entering his final year at CU, while Reed, who was named an honorable mention as a return specialist, is entering his second season.
