WR Kadarius Toney (ankle, hip), WR Rashee Rice (foot) and WR Skyy Moore (knee) will play after full practices Friday. LB Nick Bolton (wrist) won’t return this week.

LB De’Vondre Campbell (neck) will give it a whirl, though CB Jaire Alexander (shoulder) is out.

Jaguars

Lineup notes: RB Travis Etienne (ribs) is questionable but is expected to play. Just in case something flares up, be prepared to replace him with RB D’Ernest Johnson or RB Tank Bigsby.
