For just the 24th time in Michigan State program history, there has been a no-hitter thrown inside the circle. This time, it was sophomore Faith Guidry making history.
In a 4-0 win over the Purdue Boilermakers, Guidry surrendered just two walks, while striking out five on her way to throwing a no-hitter. The complete game, no-hitter took just 84 pitches for the sophomore.
