Kentucky football coach Mark Stoops and his staff are on a mission to fix their biggest weakness from 2024. The offensive line was woeful this past season, and they have gone into the transfer portal to try and turn it around. Evan Wibberley is the latest addition.
Wibberley transfers to Lexington from Western Kentucky where he committed out of high school. He was a three star recruit from Kentucky who chose to stay in-state and play for the Hilltoppers.

In 2023, Wibberley earned All-Freshman honors in Conference-USA. Last season, he was their starting center, and was named as an honorable mention for the All-CUSA team.
Wibberley is the fourth offensive lineman added to Kentucky from the transfer portal so far. Kentucky has a clear strategy, and it directly involves a better performance from the big blue wall in 2025.
Fans will have to wait and see if Stoops adds anymore linemen this offseason. They will expect a rebound from the team after a poor 2024 season.
