Add another one to the wide receiver group.
EJ Horton, who entered the transfer portal following his redshirt freshman season at Marshall, has committed to Colorado, according to a tweet of his on Thursday.
Horton had 12 receptions for 186 yards and one touchdown last year while becoming a reliable receiver for Marshall in the second half of 2022. He even recorded a 65-yard touchdown in the Thundering Herd’s win over Georgia Southern in November.
The main trait that comes to mind with Horton is his speed, and that’s a valuable addition to the Buffs as they restock their wide receiver group after the losses of Montana Lemonious-Craig, Jordyn Tyson and six others to the portal.

Horton makes his way to Boulder as a valuable weapon who could develop into a game-changer going forward.
