A Celtics season-ticket holder in the 1970s and 80s, Palladino witnessed several Celtics championship seasons in person and called the series that brought Boston Banner 17.

Since the start of the 2003-04 NBA season, a singular voice has served as the Boston Celtics’ official public address announcer. Avid fans know exactly who we are talking about, Eddie Palladino. The East Boston native, a graduate of nearby Emerson College, holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Digital and Media Arts. He also went to local Grahm Junior College on his way to Emerson, making him an ideal option to fill such a role.
