Three-star running back D’Marius Rucker announced his top five schools on Friday.
Tennessee, South Carolina, South Florida, Georgia Tech and Arkansas State are Rucker’s top five schools.
The 5-foot-9, 170-pound running back is from Lakeland High School in Lakeland, Florida.
Rucker is the No. 578 overall player in the class of 2024. He ranks as the No. 45 running back and No. 80 player in Florida, according to On3 industry rankings.
Rucker led Lakeland to a 14-0 record and the Florida Class 4S state championship last season, recording 1,004 rushing yards, 11 rushing touchdowns and averaged over 9.0 yards per attempt.
Rucker was named as a top 10 returning player in Polk County entering the 2023 season. He was a Florida All-State honorable mention as a junior.
