First look: Atlanta Falcons at Denver Broncos odds and lines

Looking at Sunday’s Atlanta Falcons at Denver Broncos Week 11 NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”4141″ ]

The Atlanta Falcons (6-4) hit the road in Week 11 to face the Denver Broncos (5-5). Kickoff Sunday from Empower Field at Mile High is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we look at Falcons vs. Broncos odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

Two upstart clubs with playoff ambitions look to rebound from deflating Week 10 losses to divisional opponents.

The Falcons occupy the NFC South perch despite losing 20-17 to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Atlanta once again boasts plenty of offensive weapons, but is once again dealing with peaks-and-valleys quarterback play from Kirk Cousins.

Denver endured its own soul-crushing AFC West loss via a last-second blocked field goal, resulting in a 16-14 loss to the unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs. Still, the play of both the defense and rookie QB Bo Nix have the Broncos thinking postseason under coach Sean Payton.

First look: Carolina Panthers at Denver Broncos odds and lines

Looking at Sunday’s Carolina Panthers vs. Denver Broncos Week 8 NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”4141″ ]

The Carolina Panthers (1-6) meet the Denver Broncos (4-2) for a Week 8 matchup at Empower Field at Mile High. Kickoff Sunday is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we look at Panthers vs. Broncos odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

The Panthers have fallen back into their losing ways after making a change to QB Andy Dalton for Week 3. In fact, the offense looked a lot like it did earlier in the season when Carolina was outscored 73-13 in the 1st 2 games. Carolina fell 40-7 at the Washington Commanders Sunday, and that was against backup QB Marcus Mariota for most of the game.

The Panthers defense has allowed 34 or more points in 4 straight games, and 26 or more points in all 6 losses. The Over is 4-1, as the Under (51) actually held on in Week 7, mostly due to Carolina’s ineptitude on offense.

The Broncos rolled the banged-up New Orleans Saints last Thursday, winning 33-10 on the road as a 2.5-point favorite as the Over (37) cashed. Rookie QB Bo Nix and the offense has picked up the pace with 2 games of 33 or more points in the past 3 games, cashing high in 3 in a row.

The Denver Broncos (3-3) and New Orleans Saints (2-4) launch Week 7 Thursday evening. Kickoff from the Caesars Superdome is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET (Prime Video). Below, we look at Broncos vs. Saints odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

The Broncos’ 3-game win streak ended with a 23-16 loss to the LA Chargers in Denver Sunday. They failed to cover as 3-point underdogs, and the Over (37) hit. Rookie QB Bo Nix threw for 216 yards with 2 TDs and an INT while also leading the team in rushing with 61 yards. He connected with fellow rookie WR Devaughn Vele for 78 yards, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win.

The Saints struggled defensively in a 51-27 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, allowing 594 total yards (317 passing, 277 rushing). They failed to cover as 3.5-point home underdogs, while Tampa Bay surpassed the 42-point total on its own. Rookie QB Spencer Rattler made his first career start, throwing for 243 yards with 1 TD and 2 INTs. RB Alvin Kamara contributed 64 total yards and a TD on 18 touches, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with the Bucs’ explosive offense.

The Broncos lead the all-time series 9-3 straight up. Denver had a stretch of dominance, winning 5 consecutive matchups from 2000 to 2016, but the Saints turned the tide in the last meeting.

First look: LA Chargers at Denver Broncos odds and lines

Looking at Sunday’s LA Chargers at Denver Broncos Week 6 NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”4141″ ]

The Denver Broncos (3-2) welcome the LA Chargers (2-2) to Empower Field at Mile High for an AFC West showdown Sunday. Kickoff is set for 4:05 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we look at Chargers vs. Broncos odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

The Chargers had their bye week in Week 6, but are riding a 2-game losing streak. They did win their 1st 2 games of the season, beating the Las Vegas Raiders by 12 points and the Carolina Panthers by 23. Los Angeles faced stiffer competition after those 2, losing by 10 to the Pittsburgh Steelers and by 7 to the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Broncos have been one of the surprise teams this season. After losing their 1st 2 games they have won 3 straight. Those games weren’t easy wins either, taking down the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by 19 points and the New York Jets by 1, both games on the road. Denver beat the Raiders 34-18 in its last game, closing as a 2.5-point favorite in that Week 5 battle.

The Chargers are led by QB Justin Herbert, who has 578 passing yards and 5 TDs, and is a well-versed player in the divisional rivalry. The Broncos will have rookie QB Bo Nix leading the charge.

Looking at Sunday’s Denver Broncos at New York Jets Week 4 NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Denver Broncos (1-2) and New York Jets (2-1) meet Sunday in Week 4. Kickoff from MetLife Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we look at Broncos vs. Jets odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

The Broncos claimed their 1st win of the season, and it came in a big way with rookie QB Bo Nix leading the charge. Denver pulled off a 26-7 upset at Tampa Bay, cashing in as a 6-point underdog. The defense came to play, holding Tampa to just 223 yards and forcing 2 turnovers, keeping the game Under the 40.5-point total.

Nix was impressive, throwing for 216 yards, running for 47 more, and even punching in a rushing touchdown. It was a breakout performance for the Broncos, and they’ll look to build on it.

The Jets put on a show Thursday night, dominating the Patriots for their second win of the season. Not only did they cover the 6.5-point spread, but the game also stayed under the 39-point total.

The Jets beat the New England Patriots 24-3 Thursday, covering as 6.5-point home favorites with the Under (39) cashing.

QB Aaron Rodgers showed exactly why New York brought him in, completing 27 of 35 passes for 281 yards and 2 TDs —one to WR Allen Lazard and another to WR Garrett Wilson. Meanwhile, the Jets defense was lights out, holding the Patriots to just 139 total yards and a single field goal. It was a complete performance by New York on both sides of the ball.

Broncos at Jets head-to-head

The Broncos and Jets have quite the history. New York leads the all-time series 22-18-1, including 1-0 in the postseason (1999). However, Denver has come out on top in 6 of the last 10 meetings (dating back to 2008) — and covering the spread in all those wins. Scoring has been a bit unpredictable, but the Over is 6-4 in those matchups.

Their most recent showdown was on Oct. 8, 2023), when the Jets claimed a 31-21 upset as 2.5-point road underdogs with the Over (42) easily hitting. This rivalry always seems to bring some excitement.
