Alabama will be hosting in-state defensive back, DaShawn Caffee, for an unofficial visit for their game against Austin Peay. Caffee is a 2024 prospect that the Tide are currently recruiting.
The Tide has not extended him an offer, but that could change in the future. The majority of the time the coaching staff prefers to see the recruits in person before actually offering them.
Caffee just finished up his junior season at Stanhope Elmore High School in Millbrook, Alabama. According to his Twitter, he recorded 68 tackles along with five interceptions this season. It will be interesting to see how the staff decides to recruit the in-state prospect.
