Prediction

Mavericks 122, Trail Blazers 110

Moneyline (ML)

The Mavericks have bee one of the best road teams in the NBA this season, going 14-5 away from American Airlines Center. The Blazers are only .500 at home this year (10-10) but 5-6 against the Western Conference.

Dallas is 4-1 in its last five games, most recently losing to the Los Angeles Clippers by a 110-107 count Tuesday night. The Mavs will bounce back with a win over the Blazers, so take DALLAS (-182).

Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

Dallas is only 22-19-2 ATS this season despite owning an outright record of 27-16. The Mavs have been favored in each of their last 10 last games, going 4-4-2 ATS in that span. However, in their last seven games against the Blazers, the Mavericks are 6-1 ATS.

Portland has covered only once in its last seven games overall, so it has not been good against the spread lately, with most of those games having the Blazers as underdogs.

The Mavericks are favored by 4.5 points on the road, a margin they should be able to easily cover. Bet the MAVERICKS (-4.5, -106) to win by at least 5points.

Over/Under (O/U)

The Mavericks are third in the NBA in scoring this season, averaging 116.4 points per game. The Trail Blazers are only 24th in total defense, so Dallas should be able to hit its average.

The Over is 6-4 in the Mavericks’ last 10 games and 5-5 in Portland’s last 10. The Over/Under in this one is 228.5 points; take the OVER 228.5 (-115). Doncic should have a big night on the road.
