Panthers at Cowboys head-to-head

Carolina beat Dallas 16-8 in their last meeting during Week 1 of the 2018 season but the Panthers had a different quarterback (Cam Newton) and head coach (Ron Rivera) for that contest.

The Cowboys’ defense did a good job of defending Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey, holding CMC to just 95 yards from scrimmage and keeping him out of the endzone. Conversely, Carolina’s defense held  Elliott to 86 total yards and 1 TD. Prescott threw for 170 yards without a score.
