Broncos share adorable pregame video of John Franklin-Myers’ son

The Broncos need to make more of these videos!

Denver Broncos defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers was a huge addition to the team when he was acquired via trade during the 2024 NFL draft. And he’s not the only one having fun on game days.

Prior to the Broncos’ 28-14 win over the Carolina Panthers, the Denver social media team followed the steps of Franklin-Myers’ son, Kyler, who was mic’d up.

“I’m Kyler Franklin-Myers, and I like playing football,” the video begins. Kyler and his mother go to various booths at the tailgates that occur outside of Empower Field at Mile High. The first booth the Franklin-Myers’ family visits is the face painting, where Kyler gets “Aztec Broncos” on his face.

After face-painting, Kyler and his family go to the field, where Kyler enthusiastically greets his dad with a high five. Kyler starts stretching before talking to other players and passing a ball to himself. In the middle of tossing to himself, Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain playfully “intercepts” a pass, before giving the ball back to Kyler, who was not pleased with PS2.

Kyler finishes his pregame routine by throwing and handing out mini-footballs signed by his father. As he gives a football to a young boy, Kyler is asked, “Who’s it signed by?” “That’s my dad,” Kyler responds. “Is your dad a player? What’s his name?” “His name is John Franklin-Myers,” Kyler proudly responds.

P.J. Locke and Courtland Sutton had the cutest moments of preseason

Courtland Sutton and P.J. Locke delivered two of the cutest moments of preseason before the Broncos’ game against the Packers on Sunday.

The Denver Broncos handled business on the field against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night with a 27-2 victory at home.

Broncos players also had a night to remember off the field.

During pregame warmups, Denver safety P.J. Locke was joined by his son on the field, and his helmet was a perfect fit:

Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton also had a cute moment, posing for a photo with a seven-month-old baby when he came out of the tunnel after halftime. Goldie’s going to love the resulting photo and video when she’s older:

Football is family, as the NFL likes to say. Those two videos were definitely two of the top highlights from Denver’s preseason opener on Sunday.

These photos of Russell Wilson’s kids on the sideline are adorable

Football is family 🤗

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson didn’t play against the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday evening as coach Nathaniel Hackett decided to rest nearly all the team’s starters for the first week of preseason.

Wilson did warmup, though, and he had some special moments on the field during pre-game with his wife, Ciara, and their kids — Future, Sienna and Win.

Here are some of our favorite photos from the family fun.

Russell Wilson coaching up his sons is the best video you’ll watch today

It seems safe to assume Russell Wilson won’t be the last quarterback in his family.

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson took to Instagram on Monday to post an adorable video of him coaching up his sons, who are young quarterbacks in training.

Wilson first does reps with his stepson, Future Jr., and then with his middle son, Kingston. His youngest son, Win, is only two years old, so his QB drills are still loading.

“Post workout work with the young fellas! Future & Kingston young legends. Watch out @NFL,” Wilson captioned his video post.

Football has truly become a family business for the Broncos.

The team’s new ownership group is led by Rob Walton and his daughter and son-in-law, and former quarterback Peyton Manning is a candidate to join the team in an advisory role.

Manning’s son, Marshall, has been playing youth flag football and Manning’s nephew, Arch, is one of the hottest high school QB prospects in the country who recently committed to play college football at Texas.

Broncos fans would love to see another Wilson or Manning suit up for the team at quarterback someday down the road.
