Football season is in full swing, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look forward to basketball season!
Alabama men’s basketball is poised to have a phenomenal season following an SEC Title run in both the regular season and in the SEC Tournament, plus a run to the Sweet 16 last season in head coach Nate Oats’ second season.
This season, the Crimson Tide returns Jahvon Quinerly and Jaden Shackelford from last year’s main contributors. Newcomers JD Davison, Charles Bediako and Noah Gurley are expected to contribute in a big way for the Crimson Tide.
The Tide enter the season ranked in both the AP Poll and the Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll, and they came in as the second-ranked team in the SEC in the latter.
