Week five of the college football season got kicked off on Thursday with a few weekday games already in the books. Now, we are ready for a full day of games on Saturday. The first real night of college football is upon us

The first real night of college football is upon us.

Thursday marks the true opening night of college football for many, with a slate of more than 20 FBS games on the docket. A trio of Big Ten teams will take the field for the first time, with Rutgers hosting Howard, Illinois hosting Eastern Illinois and Minnesota hosting North Carolina.
