Bengals list of 2024 opponents finalized

Here’s who the Bengals will officially play in 2024.

The Cincinnati Bengals still have one game left to play in the current season, yet bowing out of the playoff race means the set of opponents the team will play in 2024 becomes official.

There, the Bengals will play a last-place schedule in addition to the rotational slate the NFL has in place.

Notably, this means the Bengals will once again head to Kansas City to play the Chiefs on the road, once again playing their biggest non-AFC North rival during the regular season.

Here’s a quick rundown of which teams the Bengals will play next season, with the schedule officially announced at a later date.

Bengals have NFL’s second toughest remaining schedule

Here’s how the schedule shapes up for the Bengals coming out of the bye.

The Cincinnati Bengals are on a bye for Week 7, so they will get to rest and have time to further heal any injuries that have been plaguing them.

However, that rest is going to be extremely important going forward because, according to Pro Football Focus, they have the second toughest remaining schedule in the NFL, behind only the Miami Dolphins.

That gets obvious quickly with the first two games back from the off week being the San Francisco 49ers and the Buffalo Bills. The Bengals are also going to play the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns one more time, the Pittsburgh Steelers twice, the Kansas City Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts, Minnesota Vikings and Houston Texans.

There are some games in that stretch the Bengals should win on paper, but as the beginning of the season has proven, nothing is for sure in this league.

The Bengals are good enough to get through this season in a playoff spot, but it’s going to be an arduous task.

Predicting Bengals wins and losses for final 11 games at bye week

Game-by-game predictions for the rest of the Bengals schedule at the bye week.

Survival is perhaps the best word to describe the theme of the Cincinnati Bengals‘ season so far.

The team survived to 3-3, enduring Joe Burrow’s calf injury and a brutal opening sequence that included Baltimore and Cleveland.

Now, the team hopes the theme of the second half coming out of the bye is simple — going on a run.

It’s no easy task. Right out of the gates, Burrow and Co. have to face the San Francisco 49ers and then the Buffalo Bills. Houston isn’t a slouch before Baltimore and Pittsburgh and neither are Jacksonville and Indianapolis. Later, they close the season against Pittsburgh, Kansas City and Cleveland.

Let’s take a look at updated projections for each game now that we have seen six games from these 2023 Bengals.
