Chicago Bears at New Orleans Saints prop bet predictions
Odds via BetMGM; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 10:05 a.m. ET.
Bears QB Mitchell Trubisky OVER 244.5 passing yards (+110)
With the Bears being 11-point underdogs in this game, it sets up for Trubisky to have to throw the ball a ton. To his credit, he has looked like a much-improved quarterback since his mid-season benching. He should be able to connect on a few deep balls in this game, allowing the Over to hit in New Orleans.
Saints RB Alvin Kamara UNDER 63.5 rushing yards (-118)
Coming off the COVID-19 list Saturday, Kamara is back in the lineup for the Saints. He will face one of the better run defenses in Chicago in the first round of the playoffs. Without any practice time and unknown side effects from the virus, it wouldn’t be a shock if the Saints limited his rushing attempts in this game. For that reason, take the Under on rushing yards and expect most of his work to come in the passing game.

Bears PK Cairo Santos OVER 1.5 made extra points (-175)
Can the Bears score two touchdowns Sunday? Because that is essentially the bet you’re placing. Santos has missed just one extra point all season long, so this is more or less a bet on the Chicago offense. Given how much better their offense has been in the second half of the season, expect them to score multiple touchdowns and for the Over to hit on Santos’ made extra points.
Saints QB Drew Brees OVER 0.5 interceptions (+200)
While Brees threw just 6 interceptions this season, his postseason track record suggests these odds are off some. He has thrown at least one interception in five straight playoff games and he will play a Bears defense that is excellent in creating takeaways. At +200, Brees to throw at least 1 interception is a great value bet.
Bears TE Cole Kmet to score a touchdown anytime (+350)
Kmet scored just two touchdowns in his rookie season; however, he saw a big uptick in targets in the final month of the season, averaging 6 targets per game in December and January. He’s becoming a bigger part of the offense and should see an end-zone target or two in this contest.
