Eagles roster tracker: Live updates as Philadelphia cuts down to 53
The Eagles have started the process of trimming the roster down to the required 53-players by Tuesday’s 4:00 p.m. deadline.
Philadelphia acquired Gardner Minshew from Jacksonville on Saturday for a sixth-round pick and then subsequentially waived quarterback, Nick Mullens.

As the Eagles work to get the roster down to 53 players, tight end Cary Angeline was waived along with four other players.
An undrafted free agent out of North Carolina State, Angeline started his career at Southern Cal, and is a local kid having played at Downingtown East High School in Chester Springs, Pa.
Angeline finished his career at North Carolina State with 61 receptions for 950 yards and 12 touchdowns, earning All-ACC honors.

After having local product Cary Angeline in for a visit, the former North Carolina State tight end is signing with his hometown team.
An undrafted free agent out of North Carolina State, Angeline offers imposing size, started his career at Southern Cal, and is a local kid having played at Downingtown East High School in Chester Springs, Pa.
Angeline finished his career at North Carolina State with 61 receptions for 950 yards and 12 touchdowns, earning All-ACC honors.

They add two tight ends, a cornerback and a defensive tackle. The offseason is full at 90 players.
The Arizona Cardinals will open their rookie minicamp Friday and announced their rookie free agent class. Although previously reported the day after the draft, it is now official.
The Cardinals have signed four undrafted rookies, including a pair of tight ends.
