WATCH: A.J. Green has 77-yard TD catch for Cardinals’ longest play of 2022

A.J. Green had 145 receiving yards through 16 games. He had 77 and a touchdown on te second play of the game against the 49ers.

The Arizona Cardinals waited for the last game of the season to have their longest play of the year. On the second play from scrimmage, quarterback David Blough threw the ball deep to receiver A.J. Green, who grabbed the ball between two defenders, broke a tackle and outran the other for a 77-yard touchdown.

It gave the Cardinals a 6-0 lead in the first quarter over the San Francisco 49ers.

Green entered the game with only 21 catches for 145 yards and a touchdown.

Green might be playing in his final NFL game after two seasons. He will be a free agent after the season.
