The Cardinals lead the NFC West and can clinch a postseason berth with a win on Sunday. They are coming off a 30-23 Monday night loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
Arizona is 7-0 on the road this season and has won every game by at least 10 points. If the Cardinals do that again Sunday, they would be the first team in NFL history to do so.
The Lions, after picking up their first win of the season in Week 13, could not extend the streak. They were blown out 38-10 by the Denver Broncos in Week 14. Broncos QB Teddy Bridgewater had two touchdown passes and did not turn the ball over.

PASS on the money. You simply can’t bet eight times what you can win in a regular-season game. Arizona is the first team since the 1968 Cowboys to start the season 7-0 on the road and win each game by at least 10 points.
The Lions offer a huge payout but they will struggle to keep up with the Cardinals. They are scoring only 16.4 points per game, while the Cardinals are in the top five in scoring and points allowed.
Against the spread
The Cardinals are 9-4 ATS and 7-0 ATS on the road this season. In their four ATS losses, they followed up each week by covering the spread.
The Lions are 8-5 ATS and have covered the spread three times in five attempts when 10-point underdogs or more.
However, the Cardinals have been nearly unstoppable on the road and the Lions are missing their top weapon in the passing game and their leading rusher.
