Alshon Jeffery is a South Carolina legend and his reach within the state goes beyond his athletic exploits as a Gamecock at the state university.
Jeffery made his presence felt at his high school alma mater, delivering a special gift in the form of portraits for the senior class and other special gifts.

According to the Charlotte Observer, Calhoun County high school will hold an in-person graduation ceremony in June at the football stadium.
“He wanted to give back to the community and school district he went to, especially in these unusual times,” said Antjuan Seawright, who handles Jeffery’s marketing and community outreach. “He didn’t want their accomplishment of high graduation lost and wanted to know he is proud of them.”
Jeffery regularly hosts a football camp at the high school and was legendary for his basketball exploits as well, winning four state basketball titles before moving on to the University of South Carolina.
