Peyton Manning is giving away free talking can openers for Bush’s Beans

Bush’s Beans is giving away free talking can openers with voiceovers from Peyton Manning. Here’s how to get yours.

After starring in Bush’s Beans Super Bowl commercial earlier this year, Peyton Manning is back with another funny marketing campaign for the bean company.

Bush’s Beans will soon release what they call “Peyton Canning,” a talking can opener with inspiring lines from Manning such as: “When you come to a fork in the road, pick it up, and eat some beans with it.”

Bush’s Beans will give the talking can openers away on a first-come, first-served basis at PeytonCanning.com beginning at 8:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, Dec. 5.

“One of the great things about working with the Bush’s team is their sense of humor, and I think this can opener really gets that across,” Manning said in a press release. “I am sure this is going to liven up the kitchen as families make their favorite gameday dishes. Taking inspiration from one of Duke’s favorite lines, ‘Crank that beautiful bean can opener.’”

Bush’s Beans announced Manning as a “bean ambassador” last December and he has appeared in multiple advertising campaigns since then. The 47-year-old former quarterback retired from the NFL after winning Super Bowl 50 with the Denver Broncos in 2016.

Peyton Manning stars in new commercial for Bush’s Beans

Eight years after his retirement, Peyton Manning remains one of the NFL’s most marketable personalities.

Peyton Manning’s back with a third commercial for Bush’s Beans, a company that he joined as an ambassador last year.

Manning, 47, previously released a 30-second Super Bowl commercial for Bush’s Beans followed by a 15-second follow-up ad two weeks ago. The former quarterback has now released a third commercial, this one titled “Words For Zero.”

As the title suggests, Manning and Bush’s Beans’ mascot, a golden retriever named Duke, exchange replacement words for “zero,” promoting the company’s zero-sugar beans. It’s a simple ad that brings back memories of Manning facing off with Kenny Mayne in an “Omaha” showdown in 2022.

Check out Peyton Manning’s latest commercial below:

In addition to working with Bush’s Beans, Manning has also recently created commercials with the NFL promoting the Pro Bowl and flag football. He has also filmed ads for Workday and Caesars, and he starred in three Super Bowl commercials last year.

Manning’s playing days are behind him, but he remains one of the most marketable personalities in NFL circles. A two-time Super Bowl champion, Manning retired from football in 2016.

Peyton Manning gives nod to ‘the saucy sheriff’ in new Bush’s Beans commercial

“I love me a saucy sheriff,” Peyton Manning says in his new Bush’s Beans commercial 😅

After starring in Bush’s Beans’ regional Super Bowl commercial in February, former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning has returned with another commercial alongside the company’s mascot, a golden retriever named Duke.

In the 15-second ad titled “Plate Plays,” Manning reveals three ways to distribute beans on a barbecue plate: “the force field” (with no food items touching other foods), “the moat” (with beans touching everything, even hamburger buns) and the “saucy sheriff” (which is just a gigantic pile of beans on a plate).

Manning opts for the gigantic pile of beans.

“I love me a saucy sheriff,” Manning tells Duke, a statement that is a clear nod to the former quarterback’s on-field nickname, “The Sheriff.”

“I’m excited to be the newest bean ambassador for Bush’s Beans and to represent this family-owned business,” Manning said in a press release after joining Bush’s Beans last December.

“I really respect the group of individuals behind this great company. There are many reasons Bush’s is known as the Beautiful Bean Co., and I’m excited to help the team continue to highlight them.”

This marks the third video Manning has made for Bush’s Beans after he previously filmed a teaser for the company’s Super Bowl ad, and, of course, the Super Bowl commercial itself. We’re sure there’s more to come from Manning and Bush’s Beans.
