Strength and conditioning coaches are not often well known, but they are always among the most respected on a coaching staff by players. The Arizona Cardinals have had Buddy Morris as their strength and conditioning coach since 2014, lasting through three coaching staffs.
He began in Bruce Arians’ second season as head coach, was retained by Steve Wilks in 2018 and continued under Kliff Kingsbury for the last three seasons.
He was honored recently and named the NFL Strength Coach of the Year.

Mark Naylor, the Cardinals’ assistant strength and conditioning coach, shared the news on his Twitter account.
A big congratulations is in order for Morris. This has got to be one of the greatest honors he can receive. It is a good thing for Morris and also for the organization that has employed him for nearly a decade.
