The Arizona Cardinals added an offensive lineman for depth on the eve of their preseason matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
They announced Friday the addition of offensive lineman Braylon Jones.
Jones played most recently in the USFL for the Houston Gamblers this past season, starting six games and appearing in a total of nine.
He was an undrafted rookie in 2021 from Houston, where he started games at both guard spots, center and right tackle. He was teammates with Cardinals tackle Josh Jones.
He spent the last two seasons on the practice squad of the Dallas Cowboys.
As he was signed Friday, do not expect him to appear in the team’s preseason matchup on Saturday.
