NFL receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster recently agreed to take part in Ryan Garcia’s popular “body shot challenge” (see below) and emerged with renewed respect for boxers.

Smith-Schuster, wearing a bodyguard that provided limited protection, took 21 shots to the stomach from the hard-punching135-pound contender – 18 left hooks, three rights – before dropping to his hands and knees as a result of the trauma.

“Amazing workout with @kingryan, so much respect for Pro Boxers! This was no joke,!” Smith-Schuster Tweeted.

Smith-Schuster, who has played four years with the Pittsburgh Steelers, is a pending free agent. NFL suitors will have a better idea of his toughness after watching the “body shot challenge” video.
