Rozenstruik vs. Gane: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Records: Rozenstruik 11-1 | Gane 7-0

Fight result (2-way line or money line)

ROZENSTRUIK (+200) is a great value on the 2-way line with a chance to double up against the Frenchman Gane. Since arriving at the UFC level, Rozenstruik has been involved in six KO/TKO results in six fights, including five wins. His only loss was to Francis Ngannou May 9, 2020 at UFC 249. While Gane holds a three-inch reach advantage, Rozenstruik is a punching machine who won’t be afraid to get in close against Gane.

For an even better value, play ROZENSTRUIK BY KO/TKO, DQ OR SUBMISSION (+300) for a chance to triple up. If you choose a three-round block, play ROZENSTRUIK IN ROUND 2 (+1150), ROZENSTRUIK IN ROUND 3 (+1800) and ROZENSTRUIK IN ROUND 4 (+2500). If he is able to pull off the upset in Rounds 2-4, you would lose two ends, but you’ll be very, very far ahead, too. There is just so much more value playing Rozenstruik than Gane.

Over/Under (O/U)

These two fighters are brawlers, and there is a very low chance of the judges being needed at the end. NO (-250): “WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE?” is a steep price tag, but a near certainty. UNDER 3.5 ROUNDS (-160) is a good call as well.

UFC on ESPN+ 50: Nikita Krylov vs. Magomed Ankalaev odds, picks and prediction

Krylov vs. Ankalaev: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Records: Krylov 27-7 | Ankalaev 14-1

Fight result (2-way line or money line)

Since arriving at the UFC level, Krylov has alternated wins and losses in his four fights. He has a win by submission over Ovince Saint Preux at UFC 236, so he has the tools to win on any night. He has losses to Jan Blachowicz and Glover Teixeira, which are certainly nothing to be embarrassed about. While that’s all well and good, Ankalaev enters on a three-bout KO/TKO streak, including back-to-back round-1 stoppages against Ion Cutelaba. Roll with ANKALAEV BY KO/TKO, DQ OR SUBMISSION (-125) on the 5-way line.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under (O/U)

Play NO (-200): “WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE?” While risking two times your potential return is a little more than I like to spend, it’s a good bet we’ll get a finish between these two. UNDER 2.5 ROUNDS (-155) is a slightly better value.

In addition, roll with ANKALAEV TO WIN ROUND 1 (+225) for a chance to more than double up. Each of his past two fights haven’t lasted past the first round.

UFC on ESPN+ 50: Montana De La Rosa vs. Mayra Bueno Silva odds, picks and prediction

Previewing Saturday’s UFC on ESPN+ 50 fight between Montana De La Rosa and Mayra Bueno Silva, with MMA odds, picks, tips and predictions.

In a women’s flyweight bout on Saturday’s main card, Montana De La Rosa and Mayra Bueno Silva meet at UFC on ESPN+ 50 – also known as UFC Vegas 20 and UFC Fight Night 186 – at the UFC’s APEX Facility in Las Vegas. • Fight result (2-way line): De La Rosa +115 (bet $100 to win $115) | Bueno Silva -140 (bet $140 to win $100)
  • Over/Under: 2.5 rounds (Over -225 | Under +190)
  • Will the fight go the distance? (Yes -200 | No +165)

De La Rosa vs. Bueno Silva: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Records: De La Rosa 11-6 | Bueno Silva 7-1

Fight result (2-way line or money line)

BUENO SILVA (-140) is worth backing as the moderate favorite on the 2-way line. She enters with just one loss in eight professional career bouts, and is coming off a round-1 submission victory over Mara Romero Borella last time out (Sept. 19, 2020). She has lost two of her past three outings, all decisions. De La Rosa went the distance against Romero Borella and won by a decision.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under (O/U)

Play NO (+165): “WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE?” as it’s a nice value. Yes, the past four fights for MDLR have gone all the way to the judges, but just one of Bueno Silva’s past four outings have been a decision. She holds a 4.44 to 3.03 significant strikes landed per minute advantage, and will be looking for the early finish.

In addition, playing BUENO SILVA IN ROUND 2 (+850) and BUENO SILVA IN ROUND 3 (+1300) is a great value play if she can get the finish. Yes, if she wins in round 1 or it goes the distance, you lose. However, if she wins in round 2 or 3, you lose one end and win the other, and you’ll be well ahead.

UFC on ESPN+ 50: Pedro Munhoz vs. Jimmie Rivera odds, picks and prediction

Previewing Saturday’s UFC on ESPN+ 50 fight between Pedro Munhoz and Jimmie Rivera, with MMA odds, picks, tips and predictions.

In a bantamweight bout on Saturday’s main card, Pedro Munhoz and Jimmie Rivera meet at UFC on ESPN+ 50 – also known as UFC Vegas 20 and UFC Fight Night 186 – at the UFC’s APEX Facility in Las Vegas. The prelims kick off at 5 p.m. ET on ESPN+, followed by the main card on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. Below, we analyze the UFC on ESPN+ 50 odds and lines, with picks and predictions.

Odds via BetMGM; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 4:30 a.m. ET.

  • Fight result (2-way line): Munhoz +125 (bet $100 to win $125) | Rivera -150 (bet $150 to win $100)
  • Over/Under: 2.5 rounds (Over -300 | Under +240)
  • Will the fight go the distance? (Yes -250 | No +200)

Munhoz vs. Rivera: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Records: Munhoz 18-5 | Rivera 23-4

Fight result (2-way line or money line)

RIVERA (-150) is the play on the 2-way line in this battle against the Brazilian fighter Munhoz. Rivera heads into this one with a 3.5-inch reach advantage, which he’ll look to use to keep Munhoz at bay. He defeated Cody Stamann on Fight Island July 15, 2020, in his last fight. He has posted two wins and two losses over his past four outings. RIVERA ON POINTS (+100) is an even better value at even money, although if he gets a stoppage, you’d be holding a losing ticket.

Munhoz is on a two-bout losing streak, falling to Frankie Edgar by split decision Aug. 22, 2020, and to Aljamain Sterling by unanimous decision June 8, 2019. Prior to that, he had a pair of KO/TKO wins, including a solid win over Cody Garbrandt at UFC 235.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under (O/U)

Four of Munhoz’s past six fights went the distance, while Rivera has four consecutive decisions, and just one finish across his past nine bouts. PASS, as there is just no value betting the fight to go the distance (-250) here, or playing Over 2.5 rounds (-300). Too much risk for not much reward.

UFC on ESPN+ 50: Angela Hill vs. Ashley Yoder odds, picks and prediction

Previewing Saturday’s UFC on ESPN+ 50 fight between Angela Hill and Ashley Yoder, with MMA odds, picks, tips and predictions.

In a women’s strawweight bout on Saturday’s main card, Angela Hill and Ashley Yoder meet at UFC on ESPN+ 50 – also known as UFC Vegas 20 and UFC Fight Night 186 – at the UFC’s APEX Facility in Las Vegas. The prelims kick off at 5 p.m. ET on ESPN+, followed by the main card on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. Below, we analyze the UFC on ESPN+ 50 odds and lines, with picks and predictions.

Hill vs. Yoder: Odds, spread and lines

Odds via BetMGM; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 4:12 a.m. ET.

  • Fight result (2-way line): Hill -400 (bet $400 to win $100) | Yoder +310 (bet $100 to win $310)
  • Over/Under: 2.5 rounds (Over -375 | Under +300)
  • Will the fight go the distance? (Yes -350 | No +275)

Hill vs. Yoder: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Records: Hill 12-9 | Yoder 8-6

Fight result (2-way line or money line)

Hill (-400) is on a two-bout losing streak, including a split-decision setback against Michelle Waterson last time out Sept. 12, 2020. But losses to Waterson and Claudia Gadelha is nothing to be ashamed about. Prior to that she was on a three-bout win streak, including a pair of KO/TKOs. Still, you can’t risk four times your potential return. The more economical play is backing HILL BY DECISION (-175) on the 5-way line.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under (O/U)

The odds for this fight are so heavily skewed to the favorite as well as on the fight going the distance. There is very little value playing Yes (-350): “Will the fight go the distance?” PASS, and look to other fights with better value instead.

UFC on ESPN+ 50: Alex Caceres vs. Kevin Croom odds, picks and prediction

Previewing Saturday’s UFC on ESPN+ 50 fight between Alex Caceres and Kevin Croom, with MMA odds, picks, tips and predictions.

In a featherweight bout on Saturday’s main card, Alex Caceres and Kevin Croom meet at UFC on ESPN+ 50 – also known as UFC Vegas 20 and UFC Fight Night 186 – at the UFC’s APEX Facility in Las Vegas. The prelims kick off at 5 p.m. ET on ESPN+, followed by the main card on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. Below, we analyze the UFC on ESPN+ 50 odds and lines, with picks and predictions.

Caceres vs. Croom: Odds, spread and lines

Odds via BetMGM; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 3:46 a.m. ET.

  • Fight result (2-way line): Caceres -185 (bet $185 to win $100) | Croom +155 (bet $100 to win $155)
  • Over/Under: 2.5 rounds (Over -185 | Under +150)
  • Will the fight go the distance? (Yes -165 | No +140)

Caceres vs. Croom: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Records: Caceres 17-12 | Croom 21-12

Fight result (2-way line or money line)

Caceres (-185) comes in on a three-bout win streak, including a submission victory over Austin Springer last time out. However, he is a risky play laying two times your potential return. CACERES ON POINTS (+100) is a better play, as he has needed the judges to get involved in four of his past six outings. In his UFC debut Sept. 12, 2020, Croom submitted Roosevelt Roberts in 31 seconds, but the win was overturned to a no-contest after testing positive for marijuana.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Over/Under (O/U)

Look for this fight to need the judges to decide a winner. As such, YES (-165): “WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE?” is a very nice play. If you want slightly more wiggle room, playing OVER 2.5 ROUNDS (-185) is not a terrible play, although I think this one goes all the way.
