The Baltimore Ravens (2-2) take on the Cincinnati Bengals (1-3) Sunday in an AFC North showdown. Kickoff from Paycor Stadium is set for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Ravens vs. Bengals odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Ravens have won 2 straight, and it’s the direct result of RB Derrick Henry being let loose. The Ravens have abandoned the shotgun formation QB Lamar Jackson loves and put him under center. The result: 49 rushes for 350 yards and 3 TDs from Henry the last 2 weeks.

The Bengals secured their first win of the season with a 34-24 victory in Carolina. They covered as 4.5-point favorites. QB Joe Burrow was 22-for-31 for 232 yards, 2 TDs and 1 INT. It was RB Chase Brown that was the difference, rushing 15 times for 80 yards and 2 TDs.

Ravens at Bengals picks and predictions

Prediction

Ravens 35, Bengals 21

Moneyline

The Bengals are 25th in the league with 145.5 rushing yards allowed per game, and their top DT is doubtful. The Ravens are going to run all over them, control the clock and keep Burrow on the sidelines pondering ditching the Slim Shady hairdo. I’d rather take the spread, though.

Instead of the ML, take DERRICK HENRY OVER 79.5 RUSHING YARDS (-120).

He had a 22-122-1 game against the Bengals while with Tennessee last season.

Against the spread

Laying 2½ points for the road favorites is a miniscule amount to overcome. The Ravens will control the clock and put it in pay dirt.

Take the RAVENS -2.5 (-110).

Over/Under

The Ravens cashed their first Under of the season last week, and the Bengals have cashed 3 straight Overs. This matchup has featured 2 straight Over finishes. Baltimore is averaging the 5th-most points (26.5), and the Bengals aren’t far behind at 9th with 25.5 per game.

Take the OVER 48.5 (-110).

The Baltimore Ravens (2-2) and Cincinnati Bengals (1-3) face off Sunday at Paycor Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we look at Ravens vs. Bengals odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

The Bengals finally got their first win, a 34-24 Week 4 victory at the Carolina Panthers. After a close first 2 quarters, they pulled away in the 2nd half with 10 unanswered points and a 46-yard field goal with 1:14 left to make it a 2-score game. Cincy’s backup RB Chase Brown stood out with 15 carries for 80 yards and 2 touchdowns.

The Ravens are coming off a 35-10 win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football. After a devastating loss to the Oakland Raiders in Week 2, the Ravens offense has come to life. In the first half of their Week 3 and Week 4 wins against the Dallas Cowboys and Bills, respectively, the Ravens put up 21 points while their defense only gave up field goals. Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Sunday’s Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals odds and lines, with expert NFL picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Cincinnati Bengals (0-1) host the Baltimore Ravens (1-0) at Paycor Stadium Sunday. Kickoff in the AFC North battle is set for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Ravens vs. Bengals odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Bengals lost 24-3 on the road against the Cleveland Browns in Week 1. They closed as a 1-point underdog despite opening as a field goal favorite. Cincinnati’s QB Joe Burrow had one of the worst performances of his professional career, throwing for just 82 yards. The weather did play a factor, but it was a bad start to the season for Cincinnati. The Bengals finished 13-6 against the spread (ATS) last season.

The Ravens beat the Houston Texans 25-9, but they didn’t dominate quite as the final score reads and lost starting RB J.K. Dobbins to a torn Achilles for the season in that battle. Baltimore did cover at home as a 9.5-point favorite. QB Lamar Jackson ended with just 169 passing yards and 1 interception. The Ravens were 8-9-1 ATS last season.

Ravens at Bengals key injuries

Ravens

  • TE Mark Andrews (quad) questionable
  • RB J.K. Dobbins (Achilles’) out

Bengals

Ravens at Bengals picks and predictions

Prediction

Bengals 27, Ravens 17

Moneyline

PASS.

The Bengals looked terrible to open the season, and while they should bounce back, at -175, the risk isn’t worth the award, especially of the offensive line struggles yet again.

On the flip side, the Ravens are down Dobbins for good and down several key players on their line and in their secondary to make their moneyline value enticing enough.

Against the spread

BET BENGALS -3.5 (-105).

The Bengals rewarded bettors at home last season, posting a 5-3 home ATS record. They were also 3-1 ATS following a loss. Cincinnati’s Burrow missed most of training camp and all of the preseason. Getting reps with a young offensive line will aid how the season progresses.

He should perform better, and he’ll have a Ravens secondary down 2 pivotal players in Williams and Humphrey. Despite covering, Jackson didn’t play well and struggled in the pocket against the Texans. The injury concerns defensively for Baltimore are too much to get over.

Take BENGALS -3.5 (-105).

Over/Under

LEAN UNDER 46.5 (-110).

Both teams went Under in their first game of the season, and the Week 1 trends were more toward the Under. All of the 2022 season for both teams embraced the Under with Cincinnati 7-11-1 O/U and Baltimore 6-12 O/U. Neither Jackson nor Burrow moved the ball, and the Bengals have an experienced defense basically at full strength.

Given the Bengals’ strength in run defense mixed with the Ravens’ playstyle of running it down an opponent’s throat (2nd in run play percentage in Week 1), Baltimore may struggle to gain traction offensively. Expect the clock to keep ticking and take UNDER 46.5 (-110).

AFC Wild Card: Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Sunday’s Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals Wild Card odds and lines, with expert NFL picks, predictions and best bets.

For the 2nd time in as many weeks, the Baltimore Ravens (10-7) and Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) will square off – only this game is for a spot in the divisional round of the playoffs. Kickoff in this Wild Card matchup from Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati is at 8:15 p.m. ET (NBC). Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook’s lines around the Ravens vs. Bengals odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Ravens will once again be without QB Lamar Jackson, who hasn’t played since Week 13 when he injured his knee. The Ravens haven’t named a starter yet, but it’ll either be Tyler Huntley or Anthony Brown. Baltimore limps into the postseason having lost its last 2 games, falling to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Bengals to close out the regular season.

The Bengals are red hot. They’ve won 8 straight games, most recently the 27-16 win over the Ravens, although they didn’t cover as 11.5-point favorites. They’ve scored at least 20 points in those 8 games, winning 4 of them by at least 10 points. Cincinnati scored the 7th-most points (418) in the NFL this season and allowed the 6th-fewest (322).

Ravens at Bengals picks and predictions

Prediction

Bengals 21, Ravens 13

Moneyline

The Bengals and Ravens split the season series, though in the 2nd matchup Baltimore rested its starters. Playoff football is a different animal and it often comes down to quarterback play and the Bengals clearly have the edge there.

That being said, I’m not going to risk it on the Bengals to win outright with the ML sitting at -450. PASS.

Against the spread

According to BetLabs, the road team in divisional matchups during the playoffs are 16-8-1 ATS since 2003. That applies to this game with the Ravens and Bengals both playing in the AFC North.

The Ravens are facing an uphill battle with Jackson out, but it’s a large spread and the Bengals are just 1-2-1 this season when favored by at least 7 points.

BET RAVENS +9 (-110).

Over/Under

The Ravens and Bengals combined for 43 points in their Week 18 meeting, but that was with Baltimore resting a lot of starters on defense. When healthy and playing at full strength, the Ravens defense is among the best in football.

Cincinnati will be going up against a bad Ravens offense that shouldn’t score more than a touchdown or 2 so I would LEAN UNDER 40.5 (-110) in this matchup.

Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Sunday’s Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals odds and lines, with expert NFL picks, predictions and best bets.

The Baltimore Ravens (10-6) face the Cincinnati Bengals (11-4) Sunday. Kickoff from Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati is set for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook’s lines around the Ravens vs. Bengals odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

After their Week 17 game with the Buffalo Bills was ruled a no-contest, the Bengals were declared AFC North champions. While that usually comes with a home playoff game, the Bengals will need to win Sunday’s game to lock it in.

If the Ravens win Sunday, they will sweep the season series vs. the Bengals but would finish a half game back in the standings. The league decided, with the owners’ approval, that if this was the case and the Bengals and Ravens were to meet in the Wild Card round, a coin flip would decide home field for that game. If they’re not pitted against each other, the Bengals host a playoff game in the 1st weekend. And if they were to meet later in the postseason, Cincy would host as the No. 3 seed.

Cincinnati has won 7 in a row and covered the spread in all 7, being favored in 6 of them. The Bengals are a league-best 12-3 against the spread (ATS) this season.

Baltimore, which will be short QB Lamar Jackson, is 6-9-1 ATS and coming off a 16-13 home loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers as a 1-point favorite in Week 17. The Ravens are 2-5 ATS over their last 7 games.

The Ravens beat the Bengals 19-17 in Baltimore in Week 5 on Justin Tucker’s 43-yard field goal as time expired. The Bengals had taken a 17-16 lead after a 13-play, 75-yard drive with 1:58 remaining, capped by QB Joe Burrow’s 1-yard run.

Ravens at Bengals picks and predictions

Prediction

Bengals 31, Ravens 10

Moneyline

PASS.

The Bengals are 5-1 at home and have won 7 straight. With Jackson out, the Ravens should stand little chance, so backing Baltimore at +365 doesn’t make much sense.

Betting Cincinnati (-450) will cost 4.5 times the potential return, which is also not wise.

Against the spread

BET BENGALS -9 (-110).

After the decision handed down by the NFL on how the Bengals’ canceled game will impact their playoff odds, the team seemed upset. Expect that anger to turn into production on the field and the score should back that.

As mentioned, Cincinnati has been a covering machine, while Baltimore has not. The Bengals have covered 4 of their last 5 home games. Plus, the Ravens are 2-3 ATS following a loss.

Considering where the motivation will lie and the talent taking the field — the Ravens down their MVP quarterback — BACK THE BENGALS -9.5 (-110).

Over/Under

LEAN OVER 39.5 (-110).

The Bengals offense was absolutely clicking against a top-notch Bills defense. Cincinnati scored a touchdown on its 1st drive Monday vs. Buffalo and looked to immediately answer again, driving into Bills territory prior to the game being canceled.

The Bengals have scored 20 or more points in their last 7 games and have topped 25 in 4 of those. On the other side of the ball, they may also be short their top cornerback in Apple.

With Baltimore being held to 13 points or less in 3 of its last 4 games, expect this to be a blowout, and with a total this low, I’d play OVER 39.5 (-110).

Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Sunday’s Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals odds and lines, with expert NFL picks, predictions and best bets.

The AFC North race is coming down to the wire and there’s no bigger game on the docket in Week 16 than the Sunday showdown between the Baltimore Ravens (8-6) and Cincinnati Bengals (8-6). Kickoff is at 1 p.m. ET from Paul Brown Stadium. Below, we look at the Ravens vs. Bengals odds and lines, and make our best NFL picks, predictions and bets.

The Ravens have lost their last three games, including two in the final seconds after failed two-point conversion attempts. QB Lamar Jackson missed Week 15 with an ankle injury he suffered the week before, but QB Tyler Huntley did an admirable job leading the Ravens against the Green Bay Packers, nearly pulling off an upset.

The Bengals snapped a two-game losing streak with a win over the Denver Broncos last week, barely winning 15-10 as 3-point underdogs. They’ve been inconsistent all season despite getting strong play from QB Joe Burrow and WR Ja’Marr Chase. In their first meeting of the season, the Bengals blew out the Ravens 41-17 in Week 7.

Ravens at Bengals odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Ravens 20, Bengals 17

Money line

It’s unclear if the Ravens will have Jackson, but there’s still an outside chance that he’ll play. Even if he doesn’t, Huntley has looked plenty capable of operating Baltimore’s offense.

After getting blown out by Cincinnati earlier this season, the Ravens should bounce back with a better performance this time around – especially coming off a narrow loss to the Packers. I like the RAVENS (+175) to win outright.

Against the spread

If you want to play it a bit safer than the money line, you can take the RAVENS +4.5 (-112) with the points. That’ll be an even better value if Jackson is expected to play because the spread will likely move in the Ravens’ direction if that happens.

Baltimore covered the spread in the last two games that were played mostly without Jackson, and the Bengals haven’t exactly been the most impressive team lately.

Over/Under

In the last 10 games between the Ravens and Bengals, the Over is 5-5. It’s been tough to predict which way the total will go in this rivalry, but with Jackson uncertain to play and the Bengals offense scoring just 15 against Denver, this could be a low-scoring game.

I like the UNDER 44.5 (-112).

Ravens at Bengals: Odds, betting lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Ravens 35, Bengals 14

Money line (?)

The Ravens (-800) will win this comfortably and book their ticket back to the playoffs but there’s no sense in betting such a chalky number.

PASS and make it somewhat of a challenge on the spread.

Against the spread (?)

The Ravens will get into the playoffs and will strike some fear in next week’s opponent with a statement win over the lowly Bengals. Baltimore was hurt by COVID-19 issues earlier this season, but it has returned to form just in time.

Back the RAVENS -13 (-110) to win by at least 14 points in the regular-season finale before looking for their first playoff win since 2014.

Over/Under (?)

The Ravens may not risk injury to key starters after building an early lead but Jackson’s proximity to 1,000 rushing yards for the season is notable. The former MVP could look to pad his stats against a Bengals defense allowing 131.1 rushing yards per game.

Take the OVER 43.5 (-110).
