Kickoff time, TV channel set for Auburn vs. Mississippi State

Auburn and Mississippi State will battle on Saturday night in Starkville, Miss. in the Tigers last regular-season game.

Auburn will end its 2020 regular season with a night game in Starkville, Miss.

On Sunday, the SEC announced that the matchup between the Tigers and Bulldogs will take place at 7:30 p.m. ET and will air on the SEC Network.

Mississippi State sits at 2-6 on the season with the only wins coming against LSU in the season opener and Vanderbilt. Mike Leach’s program has seen several opt outs and transfers during his first year in charge including preseason All-SEC running back Kylin Hill.

Auburn has lost two in a row after getting beat by No. 5 Texas A&M on Saturday, 31-20, in Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Auburn will be coming off a bye week when the Tigers take on Mississippi State in Starkville.

Auburn will be coming off a bye week when the Tigers travels to Starkville to take on Mississippi State on November 14.

Per the latest SEC release, the Tigers and Bulldogs will kick off at 4 p.m. EST and the game will be aired on the SEC Network.

Mississippi State has lost four straight games since its season-opening win against LSU including Mike Leach getting shut out for the first time as a head coach this past Saturday against Alabama. The explosive Air Raid attack that punished LSU in the opener has gone completely cold as the Bulldogs have scored a combined 30 points in their last four games.
