Brad Stevens was a master of ATO plays, but Celtics coach Ime Udoka has shown he is no slouch either

Udoka put his own ATO trickery on display for the world to see in his inaugural season at the helm of the Celtics.

Former Boston Celtics head coach and current President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens made a name for himself on the sidelines of Celtics games calling some of the best after timeout plays of any head coach in the NBA before he moved upstairs to the Celtics’ front office at the start of the 2021-22 season.

But his replacement behind the clipboard has had plenty of ATO tricks up his sleeve to grease the wheels of the Celtics machine that powered within two wins of an NBA title.

That of course would be second-year Boston head coach Ime Udoka, who put his own ATO trickery on display for the world to see in his inaugural season at the helm of the Celtics.
