One of the biggest matchups of Week 6 is between the Arizona Cardinals (5-0) and Cleveland Browns (3-2). Kickoff is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET at FirstEnergy Stadium. Below, we look at the Cardinals vs. Browns odds and lines, and make our best NFL picks, predictions and bets.
The Cardinals are the only undefeated team in the league and QB Kyler Murray is playing at an MVP level. He has a league-high 75.2% completion percentage with 1,512 yards, 10 touchdown passes and four interceptions, and he’s also rushed for three touchdowns. Arizona ranks sixth in the NFL in total offense and fourth in points, averaging 31.4 points per game.
The Browns are coming off an unprecedented loss in Week 5. They fell 47-42 to the Los Angeles Chargers, becoming the first team to score 40 points and gain 500 yards and lose a game. RB Nick Chubb has 523 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns through five games.

Cardinals at Browns odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Browns 27, Cardinals 24
Money line
This is a tough one. The Browns are missing the No. 1 catalyst for their offense. The Cardinals have lost an important piece of their offense and, most likely, their best pass rusher. They will also be without head coach Kliff Kingsbury, who also tested positive for COVID and will not travel with the team.
Arizona is rolling but is coming off their most physical game of the season. The Browns lost a heartbreaker.
Because the Cardinals lost their best lineman and best pass rusher, I think they will play just a notch below what they have all season. Cleveland is talented and at home.
It will be a close one but take the BROWNS (-190).
Against the spread
The Cardinals have only failed to cover one game this season and are 3-0 ATS on the road. The Browns are 3-2 ATS this season and 1-1 ATS at home.
Both teams will be missing players but this should be a very close game. I don’t see it being decided by more than a field goal, even without Kingsbury calling the offense.
Take the CARDINALS +3.5 (-110).
Over/Under
I like that this game’s total is in the 40s. At this projected total, the Cardinals would have hit the Over in four of five games. They are 2-3 O/U this season, while the Browns are 3-2 O/U.
I like both teams being in the mid-to-upper 20s. The Cardinals have scored more than 30 points in four of five games. The Browns have scored 26 or more in four of five this season.
If there is one bet to make on this game, take this one.
Take OVER 48.5 (-108).
