2023 Arizona Cardinals Super Bowl odds with conference, division and win total best bets

Analyzing 2023 NFL Super Bowl odds for the Arizona Cardinals, including best bets for win total, conference and division titles.

The Arizona Cardinals cleaned house after a 4-13 campaign in 2022. They have a new general manager and head coach and with QB Kyler Murray recovering from a torn ACL the Cardinals are projected as one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Below, we look at the Arizona Cardinals’ 2023 NFL Super Bowl odds from BetMGM Sportsbook along with projected win total, playoff, conference and division odds as we make our best NFL picks and predictions.

Arizona hired Monti Ossenfort as general manager and former Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon as coach.

The Cards lost DL Zach Allenand CB Byron Murphyin free agency and only added a few steady modest players like LB Kyzir White, DL Carlos Watkins and CB Rashad Fenton.

They bolstered their offensive line, selecting tackle Paris Johnson with the 6th overall pick in the NFL Draft.

But with Murray’s exact return unknown — he’s expected to miss at least the start of the season — combined with a new coaching staff and a perceived weak roster, Arizona hopes to move forward in what some call a rebuild year.

Cardinals over/under win total

Odds provided by FanDuel Sportsbook OR BetMGM Sportsbook – last updated May 19 at 10:32 a.m. ET; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list.

  • 4.5 wins: (Over: -106 | Under: -114)

The Cardinals have the lowest projected win total in the NFL. Murray’s return is unknown and could be as late as midseason. With Murray out, the Cardinals’ options at QB are Colt McCoy, David Blough and Jeff Driskel. Arizona has a tough schedule and play in a tough division, but does have very winnable games against the Houston Texans, Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Rams.

If Murray can come back before midseason and play at a level approaching what he did from 2019-20, Arizona should be able to sneak a few wins. No one is saying they will compete for the playoffs, but getting 5 wins is only one more than last year’s disaster of a season.

BET OVER 4.5 (-106).

Cardinals Super Bowl odds

  • +20000 (bet $100 to win $20,000)

The Cardinals have the longest odds in the entire league to win the Super Bowl. They have 0.50% implied odds of winning a title, or 200/1 fractional odds.

The favorites are the Chiefs (+650) and Eagles (+700) with the Bills, Bengals and 49ers all right behind (+900).

Even a best-case scenario for Arizona is to approach 7 wins.

PASS.

Will the Cardinals make the playoffs?

  • Yes +800 | No -1400

At -1400 odds, the Cardinals have 93.33% implied odds of missing the playoffs.

Even with a full season of a healthy Murray at QB would make the Cardinals at best a dark horse for the postseason. But there is no money to be made betting the Cardinals to miss the postseason and they are expected to be one of the worst teams in the league, so don’t bet them to make it.

PASS.

Odds to win NFC West Division

  • 49ers -175 (bet $175 to win $100)
  • Seahawks +275 (bet $100 to win $275)
  • Rams +550 (bet $100 to win $550)
  • Cardinals +2500 (bet $100 to win $2,500)

Their +2500 odds give them only 3.85% implied odds of winning the West.

The 49ers are the heavy favorites after winning it last season and added talent on defense. Only the Seahawks are really a threat to challenge them.

Cardinals odds to win NFC

  • +8000 (bet $100 to win $8,000)

The Cardinals have the longest odds in the conference to win it, with 1.23% implied odds or 80/1 fractional odds. They have almost no shot at making the postseason. They aren’t worth a wager to win the conference.

PASS.
